A Certain Malady

The city-state of Hollis has been left to the king’s consort to run.  Plague ravages the citizens, and beaked masks are a more common sight  than faces. You are here on your parent’s ambassadorship. The now de  facto monarch, Consort Marion Coutard, pleads with your parent and you  for help. Each day, the population dwindles and the city’s great minds  grow fewer and fewer.

In  return for your help, you’re invited to Hollis’s social season - the  highlight of the year. Rumors abound in every huddled circle. Some say  the reclusive king himself is responsible, while others conspire to  leave the city before it gets worse. Can you end this plague before it  hits any closer to home? Will you find a confidante in your unexpected  allies? Their fates and your own rest in your hands.
